NDIS Cleaning Service Adelaide

As an NDIS provider, we offer comprehensive NDIS cleaning services that can be tailored to each individual’s requirements. Our cleaning staff can offer a variety of basic and more extensive eco-friendly cleaning services.
How we work for you
Self Managed
- We can assist you as a Self Managed Participant in the same way we help our Plan Managed or NDIA Managed Participants.
- We can create a Service Agreement to meet your needs. However, Self Managed Participants do not need to have one. You have the freedom to choose.
- Our Self Managed Participants have one major difference: we ask for payment via debit or credit card at the time you book. After your service is completed, we will send you an invoice. This invoice can be used to make a claim through myplace NDIS Portal. The NDIS then transfers the funds to your account.
Agency Managed
- We are a registered NDIS provider and can help you if your Plan has been managed by the NDIA. Agency Managed Participants must have a current Dust Brush Service Agreement in effect in order to use our services.
- Our Service Agreements can be customized to meet your specific needs. They are easy to understand and read. From submitting your initial Submission Form to begin your services to creating a Service Booking in myplace Provider Portal, to quarantine the right amount of funds for your services to be provided, we can help you organize your Service Agreement.
- We make every effort to make this process as easy and fast as possible to get your services up and running quickly.
Plan Managed
- In order to use our services, participants who are Plan Managers must have an Active Service Agreement. Most Plan Managers will require a copy to confirm that your Service Agreement is in place. This will ensure you receive all necessary support and assistance in managing your NDIS funding.
- Participants of Plan Managed Plans simply send us the invoicing email address for their preferred Plan Manager and we’ll take it from there. You can also request a printed copy of the invoice for your records. You have control and choice in how you use your funding.

👉 Make sure property is empty and Property must have electricity and hot water supply on cleaning day
The standard quote given to you includes:-
✅ Kitchen:- Oven, Kitchen cupboards from inside and outside, gas stove, range hood.
✅ Rooms:- Inside and outside cupboards wardrobes.
✅ Skirting and switches boards of the whole house are included from inside.
✅ All doors and doors frame from inside of the house are included.
✅ We only do Vacuum and mop on the floor from inside the house any balcony Vacuum and the mop is an extra charge.
✅ Cleaning windows from inside, window tracks.
✅ Wiping down air condition vents and fans.
✅ Window blinds dusting, deep cleaning blinds is extra.
✅ Grout cleaning in the bathroom is hand only.
ONE TIME CLEAN
✅ Deep cleaning of the bathrooms.
✅ Deep cleaning of the kitchen from outside.
✅ Vacuum mop of the whole house.
✅ All windows wiped from inside whipping of the skirtings around the house.

✅ Clean the surfaces and wipe.
✅ Change the bin bags.
✅ Clean stove and range hood.
✅ Check and clean the microwave.
Checklist For Window Cleaning/High Rise Cleaning
✅ Regular houses ground floor windows we charge 15 dollars per window big or small.
✅ If ground floor windows are more than 12 can give a combo package and reduce the base price.
✅ High rise buildings need the total count of windows and will come and give quotation on the spot.
✅ Commercial building windows have a look first and quotation of the spot.
Check list for Carpet steam / Grout cleaning
✅ We charge $40 per room for normal steam cleaning.
✅ If the carpet require scrubbing/ sanitization/ deodorizing / stain removal its $45-$50 per room.
✅ We got a truck-mounted steam carpet machine, If you don't like a job we will refund half the money back.
✅ $8 per square metre for grout cleaning, will come and measure the area and provide a quote according to that.
