Checklist For End of Lease Cleaning
👉 Make sure property is empty and Property must have electricity and hot water supply on cleaning day
The standard quote given to you includes:-
✅ Kitchen:- Oven, Kitchen cupboards from inside and outside, gas stove, range hood.
✅ Rooms:- Inside and outside cupboards wardrobes.
✅ Skirting and switches boards of the whole house are included from inside.
✅ All doors and doors frame from inside of the house are included.
✅ We only do Vacuum and mop on the floor from inside the house any balcony Vacuum and the mop is an extra charge.
✅ Cleaning windows from inside, window tracks.
✅ Wiping down air condition vents and fans.
✅ Window blinds dusting, deep cleaning blinds is extra.
✅ Grout cleaning in the bathroom is hand only.
ONE TIME CLEAN
✅ Deep cleaning of the bathrooms.
✅ Deep cleaning of the kitchen from outside.
✅ Vacuum mop of the whole house.
✅ All windows wiped from inside whipping of the skirtings around the house.
Extra charges apply to the following things
✅ Walls: Spot cleaning. Walls that require scrubbing incur an extra charge.
✅ Floors: Scrubbing incurs an extra charge.
✅ The kitchen is wiped only, if it requires scrubbing the cabinets it's an extra cost.
✅ Grout cleaning with a machine in an extra charge.
✅ Dishwasher and microwave and fridge in not included its extra for that.
✅ For carpet steam cleaning we generally charge 40 per room, if the carpet needs a scrub it would be extra 15 dollars per room for that.
✅ Garages: Driveways and balconies. Outside window price depends on area and number of windows. (All outside area is an extra cost)
✅ Garage cleaning and mopping of the floor are extra.
Important things to know before the job starts
✅ Ceilings: Remove dust only. Glass fixtures require customers' written permission and we hold no responsibility for broken items.
✅ Household furniture: Requires written permission by the customer and we hold no responsibility for broken items.
✅ We do-not scrub beyond hand reach.
✅ After Cleaning if customers make a mess or move furniture around its the customer's responsibility to clean around.
Terms and Conditions for Re-clean
✅ Only one time re-clean is free of cost for the second time a re-clean customer have to pay our minimum charge
✅ On the day of re-clean at least one person has to be at the property.
✅ Send a proper image with the exact area/part of re-clean so we can find it and clean it as per standard requirements
✅ For pick up and drop the key from the property management office it would be an extra cost of around $20. And if you give us access without a pick and drop key it would be free of cost.
